HOTEL BOUTIQUE GOLD GARDEN: Accommodation service provider.

CLIENT: Passenger of legal age who takes the services of the Hotel Boutique Gold Garden. CHECK-IN: Check-in process of the client to the Hotel Boutique Gold Garden before entering the Room.

CHECK-OUT: Client's check-out process at the moment of finishing using the services of the Gold Garden Hotel.

NO-SHOW: It is the non-presentation of the passenger at the Hotel Boutique Gold Garden before 23:59 hours on the scheduled day of arrival, without prior communication from the client.

RESERVATION: Agreement between the Hotel Boutique Gold Garden and the Client to reserve the room (s) for the dates requested by the client at the Hotel Boutique Gold Garden.

General Conditions

  • Rates are expressed per night / room, not per passenger. The cost of additional beds in the room depends on the availability of space in the room and beds in the hotel. The reservation can be modified or canceled up to 7 days before Check-in. -in (Peruvian time) without additional charges.
  • They are not refundable: Prepaid reservations, modifications, cancellations, transfers or refunds are not accepted.
  • The penalty for No-Show corresponds to the total amount of the stay.
  • All fees will be charged in US Dollars (USD). And the proof of purchase will be issued in dollars.
  • The confirmation of the reservation will be made within a maximum period of 24 hours.
  • In the case of reservations with prepaid conditions, the credit card will be charged for the entire stay within the next 24 hours after generating the reservation.
  • In the case of reservations that are not prepaid, Hotel Boutique Gold Garden has the power to verify the credit card through pre-authorization.
  • In case the credit card shows the messages: denied, stolen, insufficient funds, expired date, the reservation will be canceled, without prior notice.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations in those cases where it is considered that the client has carried out a fraudulent or inappropriate activity.
  • In case of error and / or duplication in the reservation made by the client, Hotel Boutique Gold Garden does not assume responsibility for this fact and will apply the penalty according to the reservation policy.
  • In case of group reservations greater than 5 rooms, Hotel Boutique Gold Garden reserves the right to apply special policies and terms.

Check-In Check-Out Conditions

  • Present Identity Document of all occupants of the room.
  • In case the guest wishes to enter his room with guests, it is essential that they are duly identified and registered by means of the identity document.

Stay Conditions

  • We have Airport-Hotel-Airport transfer in private service with additional charge.
  • Up to one (1) child (under 12 years old) is allowed sharing a room with two adults at no extra charge in accommodation. The minor's breakfast is not included in the room price and must be charged to the room.
  • The buffet breakfast included per room is considered for two people, between adults or children. If an additional child is staying in the room, the buffet breakfast will be charged according to the age of the minor.
  • It is not possible to put the beds in the rooms together.
  • The rooms and common areas, in some units, have facilities and access conditions for people with special needs.
  • Given the situation - force majeure or fortuitous event - that Hotel Boutique Gold Garden is not able to meet the client's accommodation, it undertakes to provide a solution by offering accommodation in other nearby hotels of a similar or higher category.
  • Certain types of dogs are allowed, the entry of duly certified service animals is also allowed. It must be coordinated with the hotel at least one week before arrival.
  • According to the General Law for the Prevention and Control of the Risks of Tobacco Consumption, Law Number 29517, smoking is prohibited in the rooms. In case of non-compliance by a guest of what is specified in this paragraph, it will apply to said guest a penalty of USD 250 per day.
  • All hotels have free WiFi in public areas and rooms.
  • We do not offer tours, but we can contact a local operator.
  • The hotel is not responsible for the loss or money, jewelry and / or other valuables left in the room. We ask our guests to leave the doors of their rooms properly closed, as well as to use the safes or declare them and leave them in custody at the hotel reception.
  • All personal belongings forgotten by our guests will remain under deposit at the hotel for 90 calendar days. After this period, the hotel will be able to dispose of them.
  • In order to provide a comfortable stay for all our guests, we require a quiet time between 11 p.m. and 9 a.m.
  • It is forbidden to enter the rooms of any person who is not registered in the hotel.
  • If you want to consume alcoholic beverages purchased outside the hotel, a corkage fee will be applied.
  • Hotel Boutique Gold Garden is against the trafficking of archaeological pieces belonging to the Peruvian Cultural Heritage.
  • Hotel Boutique Gold Garden is against the trafficking of protected species.
  • The possession and consumption of hallucinogenic drugs within the hotel facilities is prohibited.
  • The exploitation and sexual abuse of minors are criminally and civilly punished in accordance with current legal provisions.
  • If you wish to extend your stay, we ask that you inform the hotel reception at least 24 hours in advance of your departure date. The extension will depend on room availability.
